What is Crystal Reiki?

Crystal Reiki is a holistic healing modality that combines the energy healing practices of Reiki with the vibrational frequencies of crystals. 

During our Crystal Reiki sessions, I will use intuitively selected crystals to enhance and direct the flow of Reiki energy, aiming to balance and align the energy centers to best meet your healing needs. 

Key elements of Crystal Reiki include:

1. Reiki Energy: Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki involves the practitioner channeling universal life force energy to promote healing and balance within the recipient.
   
   
2. Crystal Energy: Crystals are believed to have their own unique energy signatures and healing properties. In Crystal Reiki, specific crystals are selected and placed on or around the body to amplify and focus the energy.
   
   
3. Chakra Balancing: Crystal Reiki often involves aligning and balancing the body's energy centers, known as chakras, using crystals associated with each chakra.
   
   
4. Intent and Intuition: Practitioners may work with specific intentions and use their intuition to choose crystals that resonate with the recipient's needs, creating a personalized and targeted healing experience.

 Crystal Reiki sessions can vary, and the experiences are often subjective. Many clients find it to be a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating modality that addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being.
